Thu, May 22, 2008 - 4:39 AMmy experience is that tensing will increase the intensity, but only up to a certain limit, whereas if you relax totally there is no limit to how intense it can get. relaxation seems to be pretty counter-intuitive, but it works. I recommend experimentation and research <smile>
