A lot of the "jelly" toys are technically sold for novelty uses only so there is not regulation of their materials. Some of them contain some pretty damned toxic stuff that tends to degrade over time. You might want to do a little research on your own toy and its manufacturer to see what yours is made of. The good news is that, with a condom, even the most toxic toys are totally safe.
